Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but you can typically expect your order within 5–10 business days across Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying threshold. Shipping rates and promotions are displayed at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada. International shipping options are coming soon — stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange a product, please reach out to our support team with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll guide you through the process.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened small appliances or used cleaning accessories may not be eligible for return. Details are noted on individual product pages.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Most of our appliances and home devices come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details are listed on each product page. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Stock availability is shown in real time on each product page. If an item is sold out, you may be able to sign up for a restock notification.
Are your products compatible with Canadian electrical standards?
Yes. All products sold on Luxora Living are compatible with Canadian electrical standards (120V/60Hz) unless otherwise stated.
